July 30, 2019, Kari was Tarmo's partner in the business development of the Swedish company Thorsman & Co AB in the Baltics, Kari was Tarmo's mentor.

Professional " is an expression that comes to my mind when I think of Tarmo.

I had the pleasure of working with Tarmo for six years at Thorsman & Co AB, Sweden, as his consultant and cooperation-parner.

I helped to establish and manage Tarmo's sales representative company IBR, with a target to build the Baltic market together ( Vigorous Market Creation).

Tarmo's ability to handle the Baltic market was different from what I had experienced before, dramatically increasing our company's export sales to the Baltics and leading us to the market leader in the Baltic electrical materials market, well ahead of international wholesalers.
