I have known Tarmo for many years as an export collegue and mentor when I was part of OBO Bettermann GMBH & Co. KG. handling AMEA region.

In the year 2016, I worked alongside of him for the restructuring of Indian operations of OBO Bettermann India Pvt. Ltd.

I’m lucky to have worked with Tarmo, a manager who’s not only interested in the company’s bottom line, but also in employees’ professional growth and well being. I also appreciate his spiritual touch towards life and "Karma" principles.
